Returns & Refund Policy

At Peony-com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely pleased with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure that all returned goods are unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any used beauty or cosmetic products. Additionally, sale items are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “REFUND”. Include your order number and the details of the items you'd like to return.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Items should be placed in their original packaging, securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Returns must be unopened and in resalable condition for a refund to be issued.

Step 3: Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Step 4: Use a Tracked Service
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery option or purchasing shipping insurance. If the return is lost or we don’t receive it, we cannot issue a refund without delivery confirmation.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Due to health and safety standards, we are unable to refund or exchange any items that have been opened or used.

Refund Timeframe:
We aim to complete refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. However, during high-volume periods, it may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
